Your Stay

We look forward to welcoming you here at Clyde Central for your stay! Below is all the information you will need for your arrival below.

Please check in prior to your arrival. We will send you a link the day prior to your arrival – it is super easy and quick and will save you time when you will just want to settle into your unit.

Unit Numbers: We will send you a text in the morning of your arrival with your room number. Please arrive after 2.00pm. Pop in to see us at the office when you arrive – if we are off site, you will find either your room unlocked with the key on the table or we would have sent you the lockbox code in the text. So, make yourself at home and we will look forward to seeing you when we are back.

Wifi: Select ‘Zenbu Hotspot’, no password is required for the Wifi.

The Office: Located by the laundry, the office is generally open from 8am – 5pm. Sometimes we are out enjoying all that Central Otago has to offer, so please text us 020 4016 9992 or use the doorbell if we are not there (this goes to my phone and there is a slight delay!)

Are you biking?? If you are bringing your bikes, you are in luck – we offer complimentary car parking, shuttles to Cromwell, wash down station, secure storage and bike pumps for our guests.  If you need a shuttle please contact us to arrange.

Cycling Bag pick up/drop-off: Your bags will be at the Laundry dropped off by the cycle agency shuttles. Please leave them there for collection the morning of your departure.

Departure: Check out is 10am. Payments will be processed using the credit card collected at time of booking, so when you are ready to depart please feel free to leave the key on the table, turn the heating and lights off and check that you have removed all your belongings.

Parking: We have complimentary car parking for you if you need somewhere to store your vehicle if you are doing any of the cycle trails

Dining Out: We strongly recommend that you book an evening meal at one of the exceptional restaurants here in Clyde. We would hate for you to miss out! We’ve got some recommendations, so pop into the office.

We really hope that you enjoy your stay here at Clyde Central! Life balance is extremely important to us, therefore we are not onsite all the time. However, there will always be someone available on the phone so please text/phone 020 4016 9992.
