What time is check in and out?
Check-in is from 2pm on the day of your arrival. If you wish to check in prior to this time, please get in touch with us. We may be able to accommodate.
Check-out is 10am. If you do require a later check-out please pre-arrange this with management. We will do what we can to accomodate you but cannot guarantee.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is an additional extra. During the summer months it is often served in our 1870 schist building in the back garden and almost always involves hot scones or muffins. And local produce - we do live in one of NZ's best stone fruit provinces and we have some pretty good hunny bees buzzing around too!! Add it to your booking as an optional extra.
Do you offer transport?
Needing a shuttle to Cromwell or back?? I can come with you in your vehicle with bikes and drive it home so then you don't need to worry about driving back up or alternatively you can come with us in our car. Check with Fizz for current pricing. And if you are a multi-night stay it may very well be complimentary.
