You can leave your car in our section overnight for peace of mind when you’re riding the trails, and we can shuttle you up to Cromwell (or back).

As mountain bikers and cyclists we know how important it is to keep your rig clean and working at it’s best. We have a cleaning station and basic maintenance tools to help keep you riding.

Bike hire is also available – please enquire with Fizz at reception during your next stay, or contact us before your stay to discuss option.

Central Otago’s website offers a wealth of information about activities to do in our region, especially our great rides, tracks and trails. We’re pretty spoilt here.

The Lake Dunstan Explorer is a purpose-built water shuttle designed to take you and your bike to a starting point on the trail whether it be Cromwell or Clyde.

After a long day in the hills, imagine being able to look forward to a post-ride (or hike) sports or relaxation massage. We can organise this treat for either in Alexandra or right here at the motel – just ask us at reception. Contact us for more details and bookings.

We stock a range of cycle accessories from gloves to neck tubes, sun sleeves to socks. Perfect if you’ve forgotten that critical piece of kit, or if you just want a cheeky upgrade.

We also have a range of Little Bird Organics snacks for the trail, to keep your hunger at bay. Pop a little honey in the panniers and away you go. Enquire at reception.
